Confirm the long-term operational capacity
of the original siphon, new conveyor, and Ain Ghazal pretreatment
plant and provide preliminary design recommendations for expansion
of the pretreatment system by 2005 to meet the technical requirements
of the RFP for the proposed As Samra BOT contract;
Conduct a technical inspection and assessment
of the existing Ain Ghazal facilities to establish if cost effective
measures can and should be undertaken to pretreat septic sewage at
Ain Ghazal with refurbishment, modification and use of existing facilities;
and
Provide recommendations for possible additional
cost effective improvements at Ain Ghazal which would benefit MWI
under the terms of the proposed 25 yr BOT contract.
