A Final Report was submitted for the Ain Ghazal Pretreatment Assessment Project in September 2002. Following submittal of the report, USAID requested additional services for the expansion of the Ain Ghazal pretreatment system and to ensure its compatibility with the replacement of the al-Samra Wastewater Treatment System.

In December 2002, the contract was modified to reflect a no-cost extension issued to DAI for its subcontractor to perform an additional evaluation. The work requested by USAID required a total of 6 additional days. Sufficient LOE and funds remained within the budget, such that the performance of this evaluation did not result in an increase in the task order ceiling amount.
