BACKGROUND
PROJECT OBJECTIVES
CURRENT STATUS

During the last quarter, the Jordan Cost Recovery technical team:

  • Held meetings with various departments in WAJ and MWI on assumptions that they would like to see modeled;
  • Has been inputting the assumptions into the model and producing various scenarios for cost recovery and tariff structures.
  • Conducted training for senior management in MWI and WAJ to build their skills to use the cost recovery model for financial planning; and
  • Reorganized the team and increased staff; revised and budgeted new activities.
