Keegan Eisenstadt traveled to Kenya in January 2003 to begin providing technical assistance to these activities. He was to travel to Kenya this spring in order to finish the project, however, violence in the region has prevented him from doing so and the CTO in the field is now in the process of reorganizing the project. We await the CTO's direction. |
