This project seeks to identify coastal resources issues that the Souss-Massa basin faces, and clarify their links to inland water concerns through facilitating a study tour of U.S. coastal zone management, organizing analyses of technical and socio-economic issues related to water management, and coordinating a national symposium on water management issues.
