In this Task Order, DAI will subcontract to CDM, a fellow member of its Water IQC consortium, to coordinate, manage, and implement the review of the updated "Guidelines for Water Reuse." In coordination with USAID and EPA, CDM will establish and support two review panels: one domestic and one international. Project activities will include a kickoff meeting with USAID and EPA to finalize objectives, identify potential review panel membership, determine relevant reference materials, and establish a preliminary schedule. CDM will then identify review panel members, establish e-Room communication mechanisms, schedule review panel workshops, and gather inputs from the review panel members. Lastly, CDM will draft and finalize the updated "Guidelines for Water Reuse" and then ensure the quality control of documentation resulting in the final version of the guidelines.
